  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method selection depends on your location, package size, and weight.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply for certain orders — see product page or checkout for details.

  • Taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after order processing) within the USA:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. DM STORE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Use this tracking number to monitor your package directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • DM STORE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, DM STORE ships within the United States only.

  • For future international shipping, applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Claims will be handled according to carrier policies and may require documentation (photos of damage, receipt, etc.).

9. Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery attempts will be subject to reshipping fees.

  • Refunds may be issued minus original shipping costs if the package is undeliverable.
